Dentistry; revises membership, meetings, & duties of Council on Dental Hygiene; provides duties of Dentistry Board re rule & policy recommendations of council; provides for resolution by Health Dept. of disagreements between council & board re such recommendations; authorizes dental hygienists to assess & refer patients for dental examinations at certain facilities, institutions, & places. Amends 466.004,.023.
