GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Education ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard

Community College/Baccalaureate; redesignates specified community colleges to conform to changes made by act; provides requirements for board of trustees of community college authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees; requires that said board of each community college adopt policy ensuring that faculty who teach upper-division courses that are component part of baccalaureate program adhere to specified classroom contact hours as set forth in law, etc. Amends FS.
