GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
Postsecondary Education Access; revises names of certain community colleges; amends provision re site-determined baccalaureate degree access; provides process for community college submission of proposals to deliver said degree programs & approval of such proposals; provides mission & policies of community colleges, including those approved to grant said degrees; provides for reporting of students & establishment of tuition & fees for approved programs, etc. Amends FS.
