JOINT RESOLUTION by Atwater ; Smith
Deadline for Filing/Initiatives; constitutional amendment to require sponsor of such amendment proposed by citizen initiative to file initiative petition with Secretary of State by February 1 of year of general election in order to have measure submitted to electors for approval or rejection at following November's general election, & to require Fla. Supreme Court to render advisory opinion addressing validity of initiative petition, etc. Amends s. 10, Art. IV, s. 5, Art. XI.
