JOINT RESOLUTION by Judiciary ; Atwater ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Citizen Initiatives; constitutional amendment to provide that constitutional amendment or revision proposed by citizen initiative must alter, amend, or repeal existing article or amendment to State Constitution, address basic or fundamental right of citizen of this state, or change basic structure of state government as established in Article II, III, IV, or V. Amends s. 3, Art. XI.
