Special Election; provides for special election to be held on August 31, 2004, pursuant to Section 5, Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of Florida of joint resolution amending Section 5, Article XI of State Constitution, re requirements for enacting proposed amendment to or revision of State Constitution; provides for publication of notice & for procedures.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/4ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
