CS/SB 2406: Sales Surtax Levy/Schools
GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Bennett
Sales Surtax Levy/Schools; provides that certain funds to be received by certain school boards for certain purposes be placed in reserve by Governor's Executive Office until certain conditions by Education Commissioner for release of funds are met; prohibits certain counties from levying any impact fee for school purposes; prohibits school or educational facilities impact fees, etc. Amends 125.01, 212.054,.055; creates 1013.352.
