Active Construction Work Zone Act; cites act as "Active construction Work Zone Safety Act of 2004"; provides that photo speed detection system requirements & testing procedures be reviewed & approved by HSMV; requires obedience to posted speed limit in active zone; requires advance warning signs to notify drivers of photo speed detection system; provides for training & qualifications of photo speed detection enforcement officers, etc. Amends Ch. 316, 318.14,.18,.21.
