Public Records; creates exemption from public-records requirements for personal identifying information contained in records concerning current or former juvenile probation officers, juvenile probation supervisors, & juvenile detention officers of Juvenile Justice Dept., & their spouses & children; provides for future repeal & legislative review under OGSR Act of 1995; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
