SB 2460: Trepass/Railway Co. Property

GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos

Trepass/Railway Co. Property; provides that property that is owned or leased by railroad or railway company does not have to satisfy definition of "posted land" in order to obtain benefits of specified provisions in certain circumstances; authorizes law enforcement officer to make warrantless arrest if there is probable cause to believe person has committed trespass to stationary rail or roadbed in certain circumstances, etc. Amends 810.011, 901.15; reenacts 810.09(1)(a).
