Possession/Firearms/Felon/Delinquent; provides that possession of ammunition by convicted felon or juvenile delinquent is second-degree felony; provides that possession of ammunition by violent career criminal is first-degree felony; provides for mandatory minimum sentence; provides exemption for person whose civil rights & firearm authority have been restored; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code, etc. Amends 790.23,.235, 921.0022.
