GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Banking and Insurance ; Webster
Nursing Home Firesafety; requires that each nursing home licensed under Nursing Homes & Related Health Care Facilities provisions be protected by approved, supervised automatic sprinkler system; provides schedules for installation of said system in hazardous & nonhazardous areas of nursing home; provides legislative intent re fire safety in nursing homes; authorizes State Fire Marshal to enter into investment agreements with Financial Svcs. Dept., etc. Amends Ch. 633.
