Motor Vehicles/PIP Insurance; deletes period of time re adjustments in Medical Care Item of Consumer Price Index which applies to allowable amounts that may be charged to personal injury protection insurance insurer & insured for magnetic resonance imaging services; exempts services rendered by ambulatory surgical center from certain disclosure requirements. Amends 627.736.
