Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; redefines & defines terms; provides for State Board of Administration to specify interest due on delinquent remittances; revises conditions of, amounts of, & procedures re reimbursement contracts; revises maximum rates of, procedures relating to, & types of insurance subject to emergency assessments; provides transitional provisions; provides application & criteria, requirements & limitations, etc. Amends 215.555.
