Contraband/Seizure & Forfeiture; provides for contraband items to be seized by & forfeited to certain law enforcement agencies in certain circumstances re trespass; specifies circumstances in which such seizure may occur; provides circumstances in which forfeiture is precluded due to lack of certain knowledge by registered owner of contraband item; provides for return of contraband item to registered owner in certain circumstances, etc. Creates 810.091.
