Firefighter & Police Pensions; cites provisions as "Marvin B. Clayton Firefighters Pension Trust Fund Act" & "Marvin B. Clayton Police Officers Pension Trust Fund Act"; authorizes DOR to create & maintain database for use by insurers that report & remit excise tax on property insurance premiums & on casualty insurers premiums; provides for meaning of term "extra benefits" re pension plans for firefighters & municipal police officers, etc. Amends Chs. 175, 185. APPROPRIATION.
