Mobile User Objective System; urges United States Department of Defense to award contract for creation, development, & implementation of Mobile User Objective System, known as MUOS, to project team led by Raytheon Corporation in partnership with Honeywell Space Systems, however, if contract is awarded to another project team, Florida Senate would be supportive of that decision.
