Barbering/Cosmetology Apprenticeship; authorizes certain training as apprentice to qualify for licensure by examination to practice barbering; requires keeping of certain records re barber apprentices; provides duties of Barbers' Board re apprenticeship programs, including rulemaking to implement & administer regulation of such programs; authorizes certain training as apprentice to qualify for licensure by examination to practice cosmetology, etc. Amends FS.
