Apprenticeship; provides additional duties of Workforce Development Div. of DOE re apprenticeship training & apprenticeship program; provides for coordination of training with DBPR for practitioners regulated under such dept.; provides additional consideration re sponsorship & criteria for professions licensed by DBPR; prohibits certain acts re practice of barbering by or involving an apprentice; provides penalties, etc. Amends Chs. 446, 476; creates 455.2126.
