SB 2558: Human Cloning Act
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Human Cloning Act; creates "Human Cloning Prohibition & Responsibility Act of 2004"; provides that it is unlawful to perform or attempt to perform human cloning, to participate or assist in attempt to perform human cloning, or to ship or receive in commerce for any purpose an embryo produced by human cloning or any product derived from such embryo, etc. Creates 877.27; amends 95.11, 775.15.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
