CS/SB 2576: Highways/Roads/Utility Facility
GENERAL BILL by Communication and Public Utilities ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Highways/Roads/Utility Facility; provides that provisions governing circumstances under which road is deemed to be dedicated to public do not apply to public utility facility located on property otherwise subject to those provisions. Amends 95.361.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
