TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Webster

Trust Funds; terminates specified trust funds within Dept. of State, HSMV, & DCA; abrogates provisions re termination of Welfare Transition Trust Fund within Workforce Innovation Agency; provides that certain contributions received in connection with driver's license application or motor vehicle registration are not income of revenue nature for purposes of service charge imposed on certain trust funds, etc. Amends FS.
