SB 2754: Construction Contracting
GENERAL BILL by Argenziano
Construction Contracting; revises provisions re timely payment for purchases of construction services; revises deadlines for payment of subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, materialmen, & suppliers on construction contracts for public projects; provides that certain restrictions in bonds issued for public works projects are unenforceable; revises notice requirement concerning disbursement of payments on construction loans, etc. Amends Chs. 218, 255, 713, 95.11.
