GENERAL BILL by Mealor
Timeshare Plans; revises language re specified provisions of timeshare plans; revises language re assessments for common expenses; provides that section of law governing discharge of managing entity shall not apply re personal property timeshare plans; exempts accommodations & facilities of personal property timeshare plans from provision of law governing firesafety; provides for appointment of commissioners of deeds in locations outside U.S., etc. Amends FS.
