CS/SB 2772: State's Natural Resources
GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Clary
State's Natural Resources; designates Ocala Limestone as state rock; designates calcite as state mineral; designates Eocene Heart Urchin as state fossil; authorizes DEP to use methods established under federal regulations to calculate compensation for damage to state's natural resources; provides that if federal methods are not used, methods currently specified by law remain applicable. Amends 376.121; creates 15.0337,.0338,.0339.
