GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Wise ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Lynn
Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance; provides for 6-month vehicle registration for persons reinstating driver's license that has been suspended for DUI; requires persons whose license or registration has been suspended or revoked due to violation of DUI to maintain, for 3 years, noncancelable liability coverage as described in specified provisions; provides that insurer may cancel auto insurance policy if an operator's driver's license is revoked or suspended, etc. Amends FS.
