GENERAL BILL by Garcia
Pari-mutuel Wagering; deletes provisions that require thoroughbred horse permit to be voided & to escheat to state for failure to operate performances; deletes provisions for the reissuance of such escheated permit; revises provisions for application & issuance of certain thoroughbred horse permits; provides for penalties for failure to operate full schedule of performances by such permitholders, etc. Amends 550.09515,.5251.
