Cost on State Government; relates to special election to be held on August 31, 2004, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of Florida of joint resolution amending Sections 3 & 5 & creating Section 8 of Article XI of State Constitution, re constitutional amendments that impose significant cost on state government; provides for publication of notice & for procedures.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/4ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
