GENERAL BILL by Patterson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cantens ; Murzin ; Needelman ; Slosberg ; Stargel ; Zapata

Fleeing Law Enforcement Officer; provides additional classification for offense of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer; provides additional classification for offense of aggravated fleeing or eluding; provides & revises criminal penalties for offenses of fleeing or attempting to elude such officer & aggravated fleeing or eluding with serious bodily injury or death, etc. Amends 316.1935, 921.0022; reenacts 318.17(1), 322.61(1)(d).
