GENERAL BILL by Constantine
Beverly Gagliardi Act; provides limitation on bringing action challenging validity of certificate of title issued pursuant to specified provision; provides limitation on issuance of title based on title certificate issued by another state or county; authorizes recording of ownership interest re lien on motor vehicle or mobile home; provides special requirements re ownership interest that is different from interest shown on application for said title, etc. Amends Ch. 319.
