SB 3018: Health Care/Medical Procedure/Prices
GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Health Care/Medical Procedure/Prices; requires certain licensed health care facilities to electronically publish prices for certain medical procedures; provides that patient has right to receive estimate of charges prior to treatment. Amends 381.026, 395.301.
