GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Driver's Licenses/HSMV; requires HSMV to maintain certain records of convictions for persons holding foreign driver's license; requires law enforcement agencies to notify dept. of any traffic fatality or when law enforcement agency initiates action to obtain blood test for impairment in case of death or serious bodily injury. Amends 322.20,.27.
