SB 328: Employment Background Screening
GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Employment Background Screening; provides additional criminal offenses & deletes offense that would disqualify person subject to level 1 & level 2 screening standards from employment; provides additional offenses for which person may not lawfully deny or fail to acknowledge arrest re expunged or sealed record, etc. Amends 435.03,.04, 943.0585,.059; reenacts 39.821(1), 400.414(1)(g).
