GENERAL BILL by Benson
Admission Tickets/Resales; provides for nonapplication to certain resales of tickets by certain means under certain circumstances; provides for unenforceability of certain terms & limitations under certain circumstances; provides criminal penalty; provides exception to unlawful sales of certain tickets. Amends 817.36, 559.9335.
