School Code Rewrite Corrections; saves provision re confidentiality of direct deposit records, from reversion on July 1, 2004; provides for superintendent's annual performance salary incentive & special qualification salary to be added to adjusted salary rate; requires prekindergarten students to meet school-entry health requirements; revises provisions re passing scores for students taking FCAT for first time, etc. Amends FS.
