Personal ID Information/Pub. Rec.; creates exemption from public-records requirements; provides for confidentiality of personal identifying information contained in records for U.S. attorneys, assistant U.S. attorneys, judges of U.S. Courts of Appeal, U.S. district judges, U.S. magistrate judges, & their spouses & children; provides exemption from public records requirements for social security numbers of agency employees upon written request, etc. Amends 119.07.
