Child Abuse/Vulnerable Adults; provides exception to limitation on actions for negligence in circumstances involving allegations of childhood sexual abuse; provides definitions; revises limitations for intentional torts based on abuse; provides limitations on actions founded on alleged abuse or incest committed against vulnerable adult, alleged abuse of child other than childhood sexual abuse, & alleged childhood sexual abuse, etc. Amends 95.11; reenacts 63.182.
