GENERAL BILL by Peterman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brutus ; Bucher ; Detert ; Fields ; Holloway ; Joyner ; Rich ; Roberson, Y ; Sobel

Worker Safety/Agric. Pesticides; creates "Fla. Agricultural Worker Safety Act"; provides for enforcement of federal worker protection regulations; requires agricultural employers to make agricultural pesticide information available to workers, service providers, medical personnel, & certain organizations; prohibits said employers from failing to provide required info. & from taking retaliatory action against workers for exercising their rights, etc. Amends FS.
