Tax Administration/Prime Rate; provides alternative to requirement that interest rate on certain tax deficiencies shall be the rounded adjusted prime rate charged by banks plus 4 percentage points; provides legislative intent re application of certain adjustments to certain rates of interest. Amends 213.235, 220.807.
