Consumer Protection/Personal Info.; prohibits use of deception to obtain certain personal information for commercial solicitation purposes; prohibits sale or transfer to third party of personal customer information that is protected from disclosure; provides applicability; prohibits falsely representing oneself as being affiliated with law enforcement or firefighting agency or public utility; provides civil penalty, etc. Creates 501.165,.166,.2076; amends 501.2075,.203,.204.
