Commercial Exploitation/Self-murder; defines terms "self-murder" & "simulated self-murder"; prohibits conducting event, promoting or publicizing event, collecting admission for event, or providing location for event during which act of self-murder is part of event; provides exception for events in which simulated self-murder is conducted; provides that violation of act is third-degree felony, etc. Creates 782.081.
