Law Enforcement Officers/Pub. Rec.; provides that personal & private records of law enforcement & correctional officers that are held in possession of law enforcement agency or correctional agency because of complaint investigation are exempt from disclosure under public records law; defines term "personal or private record" for purposes of exemption; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides findings of public necessity. Amends 112.533.
