SB 434: Protective Injunctions
GENERAL BILL by Campbell
Protective Injunctions; increases penalty for violation of protective injunction against repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, or domestic violence; provides that it is third-degree felony to commit crime against property of petitioner or protected person in violation of protective injunction. Amends 784.047.
