SB 450: Nutrition Education Trust Fund

TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Nutrition Education Trust Fund; creates Nutrition Education Trust Fund within DOE; requires that moneys in trust fund be used to advance public school students' knowledge of nutrition; provides for sources of funds; requires DOE to adopt rules for distributing moneys in trust fund; provides for review & termination or re-creation of trust fund.
