Genetic Counseling Practice Act; creates said act; requires licensure to practice genetic counseling; provides licensure requirements; provides for biennial renewal of licensure; provides for continuing education; provides grounds for disciplinary action; creates Board of Genetic Counselors within Medical Quality Assurance Div. in Health Dept.; redefines term "health care practitioner" to include persons licensed under said act, etc. Creates 468.901-.913; amends 20.43, 456.001.
