Possession/Firearms/Felon/Delinquent; includes ammunition among specified items for which possession by felon or delinquent constitutes felony of second degree; provides penalties; includes ammunition among specified items for which possession by violent career criminal subjects such criminal to mandatory minimum prison sentence; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart to conform; provides applicability, etc. Amends 790.001,.23,.235, 921.0022; reenacts 790.01(5).
