CS/HB 531: Highway Safety/Parental Notification
GENERAL BILL by Slosberg
Highway Safety/Parental Notification; provides for parental notification form to be issued by HSMV; requires form to be completed by traffic enforcement officer upon issuing traffic citation or written warning for traffic infraction to person under 18 years of age; requires chief administrative officer to provide such notification to parent, guardian, or other responsible adult who signed driver's license application, etc. Amends 316.650, 322.09.
