Electrical/Alarm System Contracting; requires certificateholders & registrants to have continuing education in preventing false alarms; revises qualifications for burglar alarm system agents & fire alarm system agents; provides continuing education requirements for burglar alarm system agents; requires updated criminal background check of each fire alarm system agent who renews certification; requires fire alarm system agents to have continuing education, etc. Amends Ch. 489.
