Negligence/Commercial Security; recognizes expectation regarding provision of adequate security from certain criminal acts on specified commercial real property; provides security conditions that may be presented as evidence; authorizes certain evidence to be admissible in civil or criminal proceedings; provides applicability. Creates 812.18.
