GENERAL BILL by Ross
High Speed Rail System/Surety Bonds; provides that contractors entering into specified contracts with Fla. High-Speed Rail Authority must provide performance & payment bond in amount determined by authority; provides requirements re such surety bonds; specifies that surety bonds for construction of said system authorized pursuant to Fla. High-Speed Rail Authority Act shall be governed by specified provisions. Creates 341.843; amends 255.05, 337.18.
